All deliverables provided through consulting services are assumptions made based on current market practices, average rates, and the overall economy. It is the responsibility of the client to purchase any software, memberships, and subscriptions necessary for the production of their project. Spreadsheets will be provided in either Excel or Google Sheets format, but it is the client’s responsibility to procure whatever software is necessary to open them. Toll Booth Films and Jacob Bittens do not own and cannot provide discounts for any software, membership, or subscription. Toll Booth Films does not retain any licensed accountants or legal advisors and cannot offer services of that nature.
